A Specific Regulatory Framework

Home healthcare is governed by a specific legal and ethical framework, which applies to all health services. All products and equipment necessary for home treatment, as well as related services, are referenced in the LPPR (Liste de Produits et Prestations Remboursables – the list of items which will be paid for by health insurance).

LVL Medical respects the LPPR linked to its activities rigorously: following the "Bonnes Pratiques de Dispensation d’Oxygene (BPDO)" – "Good Practice in Oxygen Provision and Supply", traceability, disinfection and maintenance.

LVL Medical only becomes involved in patient treatment if this is prescribed by a doctor. Agreement with insurance companies allows direct payment of LVL’s invoices so that patients do not have to pay these amounts in advance. LVL takes care of all the administrative formalities on behalf of its patients.
