Quality 

In order to provide the best possible service to our patients we have developed a Quality process that is based on several elements.
Certification
All our agents hold ISO 9001:2008 from BVQI for all the procedures and services they offer.
Quality Management
To complement this certification, for the last few years we have operated a programme of continuous quality improvement. The objective is to review and improve our procedures and support materials in all areas of our activities. We aim to conform to statutory and regulatory demands that are themselves constantly under review.
Actively Listening to Patients
The patient is at the heart of our Quality process. That’s why we have put in place a process we call ‘Actively Listening to Patients’. It’s based on what patients ask us for, and information gained from them by the Quality Service. We carry out an annual Satisfaction Survey to see how effective we are and what our patients think of us.
Staff involvement
Our quality process rests on everyone who works with us being fully involved and supportive. People’s engagement, their involvement in training (more than 5,000 hours of training with content specifically tailored to each of our experts), together with their support for LVL Medical’s ethos, enables us to develop a quality approach that our clients find extremely satisfactory.
Safety
The safety of patients in our care is of fundamental importance to LVL Medical We pledge that we will :
Respect the LPPR Rules (the list of items which will be paid for by the State), linked to Bon Pratiques de Dispensation d’Oxygene (BPDO), good practice in oxygen provision and supply, traceability, disinfection and maintenance
Apply procedures laid down in our Quality process and in addition to those covered by ISO 9001: 2008
Use recommended products tested for comfort and reliability.
