Our Human Resources (HR) policy means that we recruit people who want to invest all their energy, competence and passion in what to us is a noble profession: ensuring the well-being of our patients.
We also believe in continuous support. From complete integration from the moment people start working with us, to continuous on-the-job training, with the ongoing aim of helping staff to develop their skills and expertise.
The importance of professional training is at the heart of the LVL Medical Group’s beliefs. The Group has an annual training plan for each employee to develop their skills, spread between internal and external training.

Since the start of 2011, more than 5,000 hours of training have already been provided. In addition, other training support is available, such as "Congé Individuel de Formation" (CIF) and the DIF ("Droit Individuel à la Formation")
