The LVL Employee’s Charter sets out how the spirit of service translates into action. Every one of our employees has agreed to abide by it.

The well-being of patients is central to my thinking
The patient is at the heart of my concerns. He or she is at the heart of my organization and I pledge to do all I can to assure his or her optimal well-being.
I am available and responsive
I respond quickly to requests from patients, from colleagues, from people who manage me. I am part of a team, ready and willing to help colleagues and thus contributing to the efficiency of LVL Medical.
I keep up my skills
I make sure to maintain my skills not only by taking part in the training proposed by the organisation but also by keeping up my interest in my profession and in my colleagues’ activities.
I rigorously respect procedures
I understand the procedures of quality, safety and hygiene on which my work depends and I scrupulously respect them.
I continuously improve the services I offer
Thanks to my experience and understanding I am proactive in striving to continuously improve everything I do.
I know that what I do contributes to the Group’s reputation
I understand how important my role is within the organisation. I continually strive to build the excellence of the Group through the support and respect I show for the Charter.
I am proud of my profession
