History

In 1989, Jean-Claude Lavorel created LVL Medical to respond to a demand for home-based medical assistance for respiratory illnesses. As well as being able to provide the equipment, Jean-Claude Lavorel wanted to be able to provide real know-how, based on the ethos of high quality service, the professional approach of those working with him, and a complete understanding of the illnesses being treated.
Having successfully established this, in 1998 LVL Medical went on to extend its expertise to intravenous drips; in 2000, to enteral nutrition, and in 2001, to insulin therapy by pomp.
Today LVL Medical has a total of 750 employees in more than 40 towns in France. “Working closely alongside the medical team and driven by a desire to always offer that little bit extra for its patients, LVL Medical aims above all to consistently merit the renown and reputation it has developed. This reputation has become the signature of our business and the engine of its growth: we call it spirit of service.”
